All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of our boutique items, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. However, eligible items may qualify for an exchange under the conditions below.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or damage
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once the item is inspected and approved, store credit or an exchange item of equal value will be issued.

No Refunds

Treasured Boutique by Precious does not offer refunds.
Please review sizing, product details, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Bodysuits, undergarments, or intimate apparel
  • Accessories, jewelry, handbags, or hats
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged due to our error.

Refused Exchanges

Treasured Boutique by Precious reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
